The  goal is to build on each child’s strengths and meet them where they are at, as well as build on our staff strengths.  We encourage hands on learning and positive reinforcement in the classroom and on the playground.  Due to being such a small school, each staff member may wear many “hats”.  Your job responsibilities MAY include, but are not limited to:

• Working with individual or small groups of students under the supervision of the classroom teacher
• Attendance Calls in the morning
• Contacting and interacting with parents/guardians
• Help with Recess & Lunch
• Working the After School Program
• Helping with cleaning school as needed

Flexibility in your roles and being reliable are essential for the students and the program to succeed!

Wages are hourly and based on experience and performance.  Unfortunately, we do not have any benefits.  If you require benefits please so not apply.

Requirements:

1. Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
2. 60 college credits, Associates Degree OR Passing the Parapro Test
3. Flexibility in hours
4. Reliability
5. Experience with Early Childhood Education or in a classroom setting is a plus
